Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp ashwagandha powder
  • 0.5 tsp rhodiola extract liquid
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave nectar
  • 0.5 cup sparkling water chilled
  • 0.5 cup herbal tea chilled (e.g.
  • 5 leaves fresh mint for garnish
  • 1 slice lemon for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a glass, combine ashwagandha powder, liquid rhodiola extract, fresh lemon juice, and maple syrup. Stir well until the powder is dissolved.
  • Add the chilled herbal tea (such as holy basil or chamomile) and stir again.
  • Top with chilled sparkling water.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a lemon slice. Serve immediately and enjoy the calming benefits.

Notes

For an alcoholic version, consider adding 1.5 oz of gin or vodka. Experiment with different adaptogen tinctures or infuse hot water with dried holy basil leaves for 10 minutes, then chill, to create your herbal tea base.
