Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp ashwagandha extract liquid or powder
  • 0.5 tsp reishi mushroom powder
  • 0.5 tsp rhodiola extract liquid or powder
  • 0.5 cup sparkling water chilled
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or other sweetener (optional)
  • 2 leaf mint for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Muddle the mixed berries and lime juice in a shaker or glass.
  • Add ashwagandha, reishi, rhodiola extracts/powders, and maple syrup (if using).
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for 15-20 seconds until thoroughly chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with chilled sparkling water.
  • Garnish with a mint sprig and extra berries. Serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust sweetness to your liking. For extra fizz, use sparkling water or ginger ale. Garnish with fresh mint or berries. Can be made ahead in a batch for convenience.
