- 200 g rice noodles cooked according to package directions
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 100 g chicken breast thinly sliced (or tofu/shrimp)
- 1 cup mixed vegetables e.g.
- 0.25 cup green onions sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook rice noodles as per package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
- Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken (or protein of choice) and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan.
