- 1/4 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp tamarind paste or concentrate
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/4 tsp Thai chili sauce or Sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the gochujang, tamarind paste, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ginger powder, and Thai chili sauce to create the glaze.
