- 6 cup water
- 1/2 cup dried hibiscus petals
- 2 cinnamon sticks crushed slightly
- 1 tsp whole cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions
- Place 6 cups of water in a large saucepan and bring to a rolling boil.
- Stir in the dried hibiscus petals, crushed cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, ground nutmeg, and ground allspice.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover the saucepan, and simmer gently for 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to fully meld.
