  • 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine (or dry sherry)
  • 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce (for color)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (light or regular)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground white pepper

Instructions
 

  • 1. In a medium bowl, whisk together chicken broth, oyster sauce, Shaoxing wine, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, chicken bouillon powder, and ground white pepper until the sugar and bouillon are fully dissolved.
