  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2-4 tablespoons water adjust to consistency
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • pinch black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Gradually add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, whisking constantly until the sauce reaches your desired creamy consistency. If you prefer a thinner sauce for drizzling, add a bit more water.
  • Stir in the fresh chopped parsley if using, for an added touch of freshness and flavor.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite snacks or dishes, or refrigerate until ready to use. Enjoy!

Notes

This sauce is incredibly versatile. Adjust water for desired consistency. For a thinner sauce, add more water; for a thicker spread, use less.
