Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices bacon
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 shallots chopped
  • 16 ounce package frozen Brussels sprouts thawed, halved, and pat dry

Instructions
 

  • Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp. Drain on paper towels, crumble, and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shallots and cook until soft.
  • Add Brussels sprouts, cut side down. Cook, undisturbed until browned, turning once or twice, 7 to 9 minutes total.
  • Add bacon and stir until heated through, about 1 minute.
