Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Pinch saffron threads optional
  • To taste salt
  • To taste black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, pomegranate molasses, honey, balsamic vinegar, and fresh lemon juice.
  • Add the minced garlic. If using, gently crumble a pinch of saffron threads into the mixture.
  • Whisk all ingredients vigorously until well combined and emulsified.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Let the dressing sit for a few minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld. Stir again before each use.

Notes

This dressing is excellent on green salads, as a marinade for chicken or lamb, or drizzled over roasted vegetables. For extra depth, let it sit for 15-20 minutes before serving. Adjust sweetness or tartness to your preference. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
