Pineapple Marinade Magic
A vibrant, tenderizing pineapple marinade, perfect for beef, infuses rich flavor and ensures a succulent texture with an Asian twist.
Ingredients
- 250 ml pineapple juice fresh or unsweetened
- 50 ml olive oil
- 25 ml soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- 500 grams beef steaks or stir-fry cuts
Instructions
- 1. Combine pineapple juice, olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper in a medium bowl. 2. Whisk all ingredients together until well combined. 3. Place the beef cuts in a shallow dish or a resealable bag. 4. Pour the prepared marinade over the beef, ensuring all pieces are fully coated. 5. Marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes and up to 4 hours. For thinner cuts, shorter marinating times are sufficient. 6. Remove beef from the marinade, discarding any remaining liquid. 7. Cook the beef using your preferred method (grill, pan-fry, or stir-fry) until it reaches your desired doneness.
Notes
For best results, marinate beef for at least 30 minutes, but no more than 4-6 hours to prevent the meat from becoming mushy. This marinade is fantastic for grilling, pan-frying, or stir-frying beef. Serve with rice and steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
