  • 200 g halloumi cheese cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for pan frying (optional for air fryer)

Instructions
 

  • Pat halloumi cubes dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • **For Pan Frying:** Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add halloumi cubes in a single layer, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Remove from pan and serve immediately.
  • **For Air Frying:** Lightly spray halloumi cubes with olive oil or cooking spray. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy. Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture. Great in salads, wraps, or as a standalone snack. Try seasoning with a sprinkle of paprika or dried oregano. For extra flavor, a squeeze of lemon juice after cooking is fantastic.
