- 200 g halloumi cheese cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil for pan frying (optional for air fryer)
Instructions
- Pat halloumi cubes dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- **For Pan Frying:** Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add halloumi cubes in a single layer, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Remove from pan and serve immediately.
- **For Air Frying:** Lightly spray halloumi cubes with olive oil or cooking spray. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy. Serve immediately.
