  • 1 cup prepared tzatziki
  • 0.5 cup pitted Kalamata olives
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 whole cucumber sliced
  • 1 whole red bell pepper sliced into strips
  • 4 pieces pita bread warmed and cut into wedges
  • 0.5 cup crumbled feta cheese optional
  • 6 pieces dolmades prepared
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place hummus and tzatziki into small serving bowls and arrange them prominently on your platter or board.
  • Neatly arrange the sliced cucumber, bell pepper strips, and halved cherry tomatoes around the dips.
  • Scatter the pitted Kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese (if using) evenly across the platter.
  • Add the warmed pita bread wedges and dolmades, ensuring they are easily accessible.

Notes
