Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup hummus store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup tzatziki store-bought or homemade
  • 0.5 cup Kalamata olives pitted
  • 0.5 cup green olives pitted
  • 1 block feta cheese crumbled or cubed
  • 1 medium cucumber sliced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.5 cup carrots cut into sticks
  • 0.25 cup radishes sliced
  • 2 whole pita bread warm
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Choose a large serving board or platter.
  • Arrange small bowls of hummus and tzatziki on the board.
  • Scatter the pitted Kalamata and green olives around the dips.
  • Crumble or place the cubed feta cheese in a section of the board.
  • Artfully arrange the sliced cucumber, bell peppers, halved cherry tomatoes, carrot sticks, and sliced radishes around the dips and cheeses.
  • Warm the pita bread briefly in the oven or microwave, then cut into triangles and arrange them on the board.
  • Drizzle a little olive oil over the feta and vegetables.
  • Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and a pinch of red pepper flakes, if desired.
