Ingredients
- 1 cup hummus store-bought or homemade
- 1 cup tzatziki store-bought or homemade
- 0.5 cup Kalamata olives pitted
- 0.5 cup green olives pitted
- 1 block feta cheese crumbled or cubed
- 1 medium cucumber sliced
- 1 medium red bell pepper sliced
- 1 medium yellow bell pepper sliced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes halved
- 0.5 cup carrots cut into sticks
- 0.25 cup radishes sliced
- 2 whole pita bread warm
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes optional
Instructions
- Choose a large serving board or platter.
- Arrange small bowls of hummus and tzatziki on the board.
- Scatter the pitted Kalamata and green olives around the dips.
