Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Feta cheese crumbled or block
  • 4 oz Goat cheese softened
  • 1 pint Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 large Cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives pitted
  • 8 oz Hummus store-bought or homemade
  • 8 oz Tzatziki store-bought or homemade
  • 2 packs Pita bread warmed and cut into wedges
  • 6 large Dolmas canned or fresh
  • 4 oz Cured meats prosciutto or salami (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tsp Fresh dill chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Choose a large serving platter or wooden board.
  • Arrange the cheeses (feta, goat cheese) as anchor points on the board.
  • Place small bowls of hummus and tzatziki on the board.
  • Artfully scatter the fresh vegetables (cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices) around the dips and cheeses.
  • Add the Kalamata olives and dolmas to fill in gaps.
  • Arrange the warmed pita bread wedges neatly.
  • If using, fold or roll cured meats and add them to the board.
  • Drizzle a little extra virgin olive oil over the feta cheese and vegetables.
  • Garnish with fresh dill and parsley for color and aroma.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy a delightful Mediterranean brunch!

Notes

Customize your board with seasonal vegetables, different types of olives, or homemade dips. Prepare dips and chop vegetables ahead of time for quicker assembly. Serve with extra pita, crackers, or fresh fruit for a complete spread.
