Ingredients
- 250 ml buttermilk
- 1 inch ginger grated
- 0.5 small green chili finely chopped (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
- 0.5 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 0.25 tsp black salt or to taste
- 100 ml water chilled (or adjust to desired consistency)
Instructions
- 1. In a blender, combine buttermilk, grated ginger, chopped green chili (if using), chopped cilantro, roasted cumin powder, and black salt.
- 2. Blend until smooth and well combined. Ensure no large pieces of ginger or chili remain.
- 3. Add chilled water and blend for another few seconds until you reach your desired consistency.
- 4. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed. You may add more black salt or a pinch of regular salt.
- 5. Pour into serving glasses and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint or a pinch of extra cumin powder. Serve immediately for best taste.
Notes
