Ingredients
- 1 tsp Lion's Mane mushroom powder (or a blend with Reishi/Chaga for added benefits)
- 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp raw honey
Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, combine the Lion's Mane mushroom powder, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and raw honey. 2. Stir all ingredients thoroughly until they form a cohesive paste or a well-mixed powder, depending on the consistency of your honey. 3. Transfer the blend to an airtight container for storage, or use immediately. 4. To enjoy, add 1 to 2 teaspoons of the blend to your favorite hot beverage like coffee or tea, or mix into warm milk or a smoothie. Stir well until dissolved.
Notes
This blend is excellent mixed into hot coffee, tea, warm milk (dairy or non-dairy), or added to smoothies. For a creamy latte, froth with warm milk. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. You can also vary the mushroom powder with Reishi or Chaga for different adaptogenic benefits.
