Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed berries frozen
- 0.5 cup Greek yogurt plain
- 0.5 cup almond milk unsweetened
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon inulin powder
- 0.5 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 0.5 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (frozen mixed berries, Greek yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, inulin powder, honey/maple syrup if using, and ice cubes) in a high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more liquid if needed to reach desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
Start with a small amount of inulin and gradually increase to avoid digestive discomfort. You can use any mixed berries you prefer. For a thicker smoothie, add more ice or use frozen banana. Add a scoop of protein powder for an extra boost.
