Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz chilled strong hibiscus tea
  • 0.5 oz Hibiscus Mango Ginger Syrup
  • 3 leaves fresh mint
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp Fig Balsamic Vinegar
  • Ice for shaking and serving

Instructions
 

  • In a shaking tin, gently muddle the fresh mint leaves with the Hibiscus Mango Ginger Syrup.
  • Add the chilled strong hibiscus tea, fresh lemon juice, and Fig Balsamic Vinegar to the tin.
  • Fill the shaking tin with ice.
  • Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a fresh mint sprig or a lemon wheel, if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a sparkling version, top with club soda or sparkling water after straining. Adjust the amount of fig balsamic vinegar to your taste; start with less if you prefer a milder tang. A great base for a cocktail by adding a shot of gin or vodka.
