Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked short-grain rice warm
- 1 large egg fried or scrambled
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 0.5 teaspoon sesame oil
- 0.5 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds optional
- 1 stalk green onion sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Place warm cooked rice into a serving bowl.
- Prepare your egg: either fry it sunny-side up or scramble it until just set.
- Carefully place the cooked egg on top of the warm rice.
- Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil evenly over the egg and rice.
- Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions, if using.

Notes
