Ingredients
- 1.5 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 0.25 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 10 each wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade, toss to coat, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread chicken pieces onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, or until chicken is cooked through and lightly charred, about 12-15 minutes total.
