A comforting and nourishing adaptogenic latte packed with superfoods like cacao, maca, and reishi for a delightful boost. This warming beverage is perfect for a mindful moment of well-being.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plant-based milk e.g.
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp reishi mushroom powder or ashwagandha powder
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 tsp maple syrup or other sweetener
Instructions
- Gently warm the plant-based milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until steaming, but do not boil.
- Remove from heat and whisk in the cacao powder, maca powder, cinnamon, reishi (or ashwagandha) powder, and sea salt until fully combined and smooth.
- Stir in maple syrup or your preferred sweetener to taste.
- Pour into a mug and enjoy immediately. For extra froth, use a milk frother.
