Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Kitchen Basics Bone Broth unsalted or low sodium
  • 0.5 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.5 tsp ginger powder optional
  • 0.25 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, combine Kitchen Basics Bone Broth, milk, turmeric powder, ginger powder (if using), cinnamon powder, and black pepper.
  • Heat over medium heat, whisking constantly, until the mixture is hot and frothy but not boiling.
  • Remove from heat and stir in honey or maple syrup to taste.
  • Pour into a mug and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Adjust sweetener to taste. Use any milk you prefer (dairy, almond, oat). Add a pinch of black pepper to enhance turmeric absorption. For extra spice, add a tiny bit of cayenne pepper.
