Ingredients
  

  • 1 inch fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup warm water

Instructions
 

  • Grate the fresh ginger into a mug or heat-proof glass.
  • Add the molasses and apple cider vinegar to the mug.
  • Pour in the warm water and stir well until the molasses is fully dissolved.

Notes

For a sweeter drink, add 1 tsp of honey or maple syrup. A squeeze of fresh lemon juice can add extra zest and Vitamin C. Adjust ginger to your preferred spice level. Can be enjoyed warm or at room temperature.
