- 0.5 tsp chaga mushroom powder
- 0.5 tsp reishi mushroom powder
- 1 tsp sweetener (honey maple syrup
Instructions
- Heat milk gently in a saucepan until warm (do not boil).
- Add lion's mane, chaga, and reishi mushroom powders to the warm milk.
