Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 0.5 tsp lion's mane mushroom powder
  • 0.5 tsp chaga mushroom powder
  • 0.5 tsp reishi mushroom powder
  • 1 tsp sweetener (honey maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Heat milk gently in a saucepan until warm (do not boil).
  • Add lion's mane, chaga, and reishi mushroom powders to the warm milk.
  • Whisk vigorously until all powders are fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
  • Stir in sweetener, if desired.
  • Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy immediately. For best results, drink mindfully.
