Instructions
 

  • 1. Prepare all grilled, fried, and steamed dishes according to individual recipes and allow to cool slightly for easier handling. 2. Wash and thoroughly clean large banana leaves. Lay them out on a long table or a sturdy flat surface, overlapping slightly to create a continuous serving area. 3. Arrange steamed white rice in long mounds down the center of the banana leaf spread, creating a base for other dishes. 4. Artistically place grilled meats, seafood, fried items, and vegetable dishes around the rice, ensuring an even distribution for all diners. 5. Add fresh tropical fruits like sliced mangoes and pineapple strategically throughout the spread for bursts of color and sweetness. 6. Place small bowls of various dipping sauces (calamansi-soy, spicy vinegar, etc.) along the sides of the feast for easy access. 7. Invite guests to gather around the table.
