Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place a 10-inch cast-iron skillet (or oven-safe pan) in the oven to heat for at least 10 minutes.
- In a blender, combine eggs, flour, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds. Do not overmix.
- Carefully remove the hot skillet from the oven. Add the unsalted butter and swirl until melted and coats the bottom and sides.
