A sparkling, non-alcoholic elixir designed to refresh and balance, combining the power of adaptogens like ashwagandha and holy basil with hydrating electrolytes and a magical shimmer of edible glitter.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp ashwagandha powder organic
- 1/2 tsp holy basil (tulsi) extract liquid
- 1/4 tsp reishi mushroom powder optional
- 1 cup coconut water for electrolytes
- 1/2 cup sparkling water chilled
- 1 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp maple syrup or other sweetener
- 1/4 tsp edible glitter food-grade
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 slice lime for garnish
Instructions
- In a shaker or small jar, combine ashwagandha powder, holy basil extract, optional reishi powder, coconut water, lime juice, and maple syrup.
- Shake well until powders are dissolved and ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
- Add edible glitter to the mixture and stir gently until dispersed.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the adaptogen mixture over the ice.
- Top with chilled sparkling water.
- Garnish with a fresh lime slice.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the magic!
Notes
