- 5 ounce canned tuna drained
- 15 ounce canned white beans rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, rinsed white beans, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and chopped fresh parsley.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the tuna and bean mixture and toss gently to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
- Serve immediately or chill for about 15-20 minutes for the flavors to meld. Enjoy!
