Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 bottle Italian dressing 16 oz
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened and cubed

Instructions
 

  • Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  • Pour the entire bottle of Italian dressing over the chicken.
  • Distribute the softened cream cheese cubes evenly over the chicken and dressing.
  • Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, or on high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and shreds easily with a fork.
  • Once cooked, use two forks to shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker. Stir well to combine the shredded chicken with the creamy, flavorful sauce.
