- 3 pound beef chuck roast cut into 2-inch chunks

- 1 packet taco seasoning 1 ounce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 0.25 cup lime juice freshly squeezed
- 0.5 cup cilantro fresh
- 12 corn or flour tortillas for serving
Instructions
- Place the beef chuck roast chunks in the slow cooker.
