Ingredients
- 1 whole lemon thinly sliced
- 10 fresh mint leaves gently bruised
- 4 cup cold water filtered
Instructions
- Wash the lemon and mint thoroughly.
- Thinly slice the lemon.
- Gently bruise the mint leaves to release their aroma.
- Place the lemon slices and mint leaves into the infuser basket of your AquaTru glass carafe or other infuser.
- Fill the carafe with cold filtered water.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to infuse. The longer it infuses, the stronger the flavor.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
Experiment with adding cucumber slices for an extra refreshing twist. For best flavor, allow the water to infuse for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator. Can be refilled with water 1-2 times before ingredients lose potency. Discard ingredients after 24 hours to prevent bitterness.
