Dip each tender in flour, then egg, then panko, pressing to coat. 3. Lightly spray air fryer basket with oil. Place tenders in a single layer, ensuring not to overcrowd. 4. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
  • Garlic-Rosemary Brussels Sprouts: 1. In a bowl, toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper. 2. Place sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket. 3. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes, until tender and slightly crispy.
  • Cheesy Cauliflower Tots: 1. Steam or boil cauliflower until very tender, then mash well or pulse in a food processor. Squeeze out excess moisture. 2. In a bowl, combine mashed cauliflower with cheddar cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well. 3. Form mixture into small tot shapes. 4. Lightly spray tots and air fryer basket with oil. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  • Savory Herbed Potato Wedges: 1. In a bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, Italian herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 2. Arrange wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. 3.
