Ingredients
  

  • 4 ounce Feta cheese crumbled or block
  • 4 ounce Halloumi cheese sliced (optional
  • 4 ounce Fresh mozzarella balls small (bocconcini)
  • 3 ounce Prosciutto or salami thinly sliced (optional)
  • 1 cup Hummus store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Tzatziki store-bought or homemade
  • 0.5 cup Baba Ghanoush store-bought or homemade
  • 1 pint Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 medium Cucumber sliced
  • 1 medium Bell pepper sliced into strips
  • 0.5 cup Artichoke hearts marinated
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives pitted
  • 0.5 cup Green olives pitted
  • 1 cup Grapes red or green
  • 2 each Fresh figs quartered (seasonal)
  • 0.5 cup Almonds roasted
  • 0.5 cup Pistachios shelled
  • 1 each Pita bread warmed and cut into triangles
  • 1 each Baguette sliced
  • 0.25 cup Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley leaves for garnish
  • 1 each Lemon cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil extra virgin

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients and select your desired charcuterie board or platter.
  • Prepare all dips and place them into small serving bowls. Slice cheeses and arrange meats if using.
  • Wash and chop all fresh vegetables and fruits. Pat dry any wet ingredients.
  • Begin by placing the dip bowls strategically on your board. Then, arrange the larger cheese blocks or slices around the bowls.
  • Artfully arrange the cured meats (if using), folding them or rolling them into attractive shapes.
  • Distribute the fresh vegetables, fruits, and olives in clusters around the dips, filling in the larger gaps on the board.
  • Add the nuts and any dried fruits to fill in smaller spaces and add textural variety.
  • Place the warmed pita bread triangles and baguette slices around the edges of the board, or in small piles within the layout.
  • Garnish the entire board with fresh mint and parsley leaves. Drizzle a small amount of extra virgin olive oil over some of the components, especially the feta or vegetables.
  • Serve immediately with small serving spoons for the dips and cheese knives for the cheeses. Enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, lightly grill or pan-fry halloumi cheese before adding. Serve with a crisp white wine or sparkling water with lemon. Vary the components based on seasonal availability and personal preference. Use small bowls to hold dips and olives to keep the board tidy.
