Ingredients

  • 2 tsp ceremonial grade matcha powder
  • 1 cup cold filtered water

Instructions

  • Sift 2 teaspoons of ceremonial grade matcha powder into a small bowl or jar to prevent clumps.
  • Add about 2 tablespoons of cold filtered water to the matcha and whisk vigorously until a smooth paste forms. This helps dissolve the matcha fully.
  • Gradually add the remaining 1 cup of cold filtered water, whisking until the matcha is fully incorporated and a light froth appears on top.
  • Pour the cold brew matcha into a glass filled with ice cubes.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing taste! Optional: Add your favorite sweetener or a splash of milk.

Notes

Use ceremonial grade matcha for the best flavor. Adjust water quantity to taste. For a creamier drink, add a splash of your favorite milk or milk alternative. You can also sweeten with honey or agave. Store any leftover cold brew matcha in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
