Ingredients
- 1 cup milk any kind
- 1/2 cup hot water just boiled
- 1 teaspoon dried butterfly pea flower tea
- 1 teaspoon sweetener honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Place the dried butterfly pea flowers into a mug or heat-proof glass. Pour the hot water over the flowers and let them steep for 5 minutes, or until the water turns a deep blue.
