- 2 ea corn on the cob fresh or frozen
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 1 tbsp Mexican seasoning blend adjust to taste
Instructions
- Carefully cut each corn cob lengthwise into quarters or eighths to create 'ribs'.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted unsalted butter and Mexican seasoning blend.
- Brush the corn ribs generously with the butter and seasoning mixture, ensuring all sides are coated.
- Place the seasoned corn ribs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; cook in batches if necessary.
- Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the corn is tender and lightly charred.
Notes
