Ingredients
- 4 thighs bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 0.5 tsp dried thyme
- 0.75 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
