- 1 small lemon (half for juice

Instructions
- 1. Pat the fish fillets dry thoroughly with paper towels. This helps achieve a crispier exterior.
- 2. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, dried oregano, dried thyme, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a paste.
- 3. Brush both sides of the fish fillets evenly with the herb mixture.
- 4. Squeeze the juice from half of the lemon over the seasoned fish.
