A quick and easy recipe for delicious air-fried chicken served with a rich, warm curry sauce, perfect for a weeknight meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 1.5 cups prepared curry sauce your favorite brand
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, curry powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the seasoned chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through, until it's golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- While the chicken is cooking, warm the prepared curry sauce in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Once chicken is cooked, transfer it to a serving bowl and pour the warm curry sauce over it. Serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with fluffy basmati rice, warm naan bread, or a fresh side salad. For added nutrition, you can toss some chopped bell peppers or broccoli florets with the chicken during the last 5 minutes of air frying. Adjust curry sauce to your preferred spice level.
