A refreshing and vibrant açaí bowl packed with frozen fruit and topped with your favorite fresh ingredients. Perfect for a quick, healthy breakfast or a revitalizing snack.
Ingredients
- 1 packet frozen açaí pulp unsweetened
- 0.5 cup frozen mixed berries
- 0.5 banana fresh peeled and sliced
- 0.25 cup almond milk or other plant-based milk
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 0.25 cup granola for topping
- 0.25 cup fresh berries for topping
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut for topping (optional)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Combine frozen açaí pulp, frozen mixed berries, half of the fresh banana slices, and almond milk in a high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth and thick, adding more almond milk if needed, one tablespoon at a time, to reach desired consistency.
- If desired, blend in honey or maple syrup for a touch of sweetness.
- Pour the açaí mixture into a bowl.
- Top with granola, remaining fresh banana slices, fresh berries, shredded coconut, and chia seeds.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious, healthy açaí bowl!
Notes
For a thicker bowl, use less liquid. You can also add a scoop of protein powder for an extra boost, or a tablespoon of nut butter for healthy fats. Experiment with different toppings like sliced kiwi, mango, cacao nibs, or a drizzle of agave nectar.
