Ingredients
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 0.5 tsp turmeric powder
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon powder

- 1 tsp honey (or maple syrup
Instructions
- Combine milk, turmeric, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cardamom (if using) in a small saucepan. If using, add ashwagandha powder now.
- Heat over medium-low heat, whisking constantly, until warm and slightly frothy but not boiling. This usually takes about 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in honey or maple syrup until dissolved.
- Pour into your favorite mug and enjoy warm before bedtime. Take deep breaths as you sip to enhance relaxation.
Notes
