Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk any type (dairy or plant-based)
  • 0.5 tsp ashwagandha powder
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.25 tsp ginger powder optional
  • 0.25 tsp cinnamon powder optional
  • pinch black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, combine milk, ashwagandha powder, turmeric powder, ginger powder (if using), cinnamon powder (if using), and black pepper.
  • Heat the mixture over medium heat, whisking constantly, until it is hot and frothy but not boiling.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the maple syrup or honey to taste.
  • Pour the warm latte into your favorite mug and enjoy immediately for a calming evening experience.

Notes

For a vegan option, use any plant-based milk like almond or oat milk. Adjust the amount of sweetener to your preference.
