Ingredients
- 1 cup filtered water
- 0.5 lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp ashwagandha powder
- 0.5 tsp Rhodiola rosea extract liquid or powder
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 0.25 cup sparkling water
- 1 lemon slice for garnish
- 1 sprig rosemary for garnish
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, gently heat the filtered water until warm, not boiling.
- Pour warm water into a mug or heat-safe glass.
- Stir in the ashwagandha powder, Rhodiola extract, and honey until fully dissolved. Ensure there are no lumps.
- Let the mixture cool slightly, then transfer to a glass filled with ice cubes.
- Top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and a sprig of rosemary.

Notes
