  • 1 cup water filtered
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar raw unfiltered
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 inch ginger freshly grated
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional

Instructions
 

  • Grate fresh ginger directly into a glass or mug.
  • Add the apple cider vinegar and freshly squeezed lemon juice to the glass.
  • Pour filtered water over the ingredients. For a warm tonic, use warm water. For a refreshing cool drink, use cold water.
  • Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
