- 1 head broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots sliced thinly
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (for sauce)
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar (for sauce)
- 1 tablespoon honey (or brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (for sauce)
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional (for sauce)
Instructions
- 1. **Marinate Chicken:** In a medium bowl, combine chicken pieces with 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, and 1 tablespoon sesame oil. Mix well to coat the chicken and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
- 2. **Prepare Sauce:** In a small bowl, whisk together the 1/4 cup soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey (or brown sugar), 1 teaspoon sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using). Set aside.
- 3. **Cook Chicken:** Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
