  • 1 cup hot water or brewed coffee/tea
  • 1 tsp Lion's Mane mushroom powder
  • 0.5 tsp Chaga mushroom powder
  • 0.5 tsp Reishi mushroom powder
  • to taste optional sweetener (e.g. honey
  • to taste optional milk or plant-based milk

Instructions
 

  • Heat water or brew your favorite coffee/tea to your desired temperature.
  • Add Lion's Mane, Chaga, and Reishi mushroom powders to your mug or cup.
  • Stir vigorously with a spoon, small whisk, or frother until all powders are fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
  • Add optional sweetener like honey or maple syrup and milk or plant-based milk to taste, stirring again until well combined.

Notes
