Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plant-based milk e.g.
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp reishi mushroom powder or ashwagandha powder
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or other sweetener

Instructions
 

  • Gently warm the plant-based milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until steaming, but do not boil.
  • Remove from heat and whisk in the cacao powder, maca powder, cinnamon, reishi (or ashwagandha) powder, and sea salt until fully combined and smooth.
  • Stir in maple syrup or your preferred sweetener to taste.
  • Pour into a mug and enjoy immediately. For extra froth, use a milk frother.

Notes

Adjust sweetness to taste. You can use any plant-based milk like almond, oat, or coconut milk. Ashwagandha powder can be substituted for reishi. A touch of vanilla extract can enhance the flavor. For extra froth, use a milk frother.
