Ingredients
- 0.5 cup gochujang paste
- 0.25 cup soy sauce
- 0.25 cup rice vinegar
- 0.25 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine gochujang paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce the heat to low and let the glaze gently simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until it has slightly thickened to your desired consistency. Stir constantly to prevent burning.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before tossing with freshly fried chicken. Ensure the chicken is fully coated for maximum flavor.
Notes
