Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt low-fat or full-fat
  • 0.5 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoons granola low-sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional

Instructions
 

  • In a glass or bowl, layer half of the Greek yogurt.
  • Top with half of the mixed berries and half of the granola.
  • Add the remaining yogurt, then the rest of the berries and granola.
  • Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy, versatile snack!

Notes
