Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 0.5 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 0.25 cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a glass or jar, layer half of the Greek yogurt.
  • Add half of the mixed berries and sprinkle with half of the granola and chia seeds (if using).
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, berries, granola, and chia seeds.
  • Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate overnight for an even quicker grab-and-go option.

Notes

Use any fresh or frozen berries you have on hand. For an extra touch of sweetness, drizzle with a little honey or maple syrup. To boost protein, mix a scoop of your favorite protein powder into the Greek yogurt. This recipe is also great for meal prepping; simply assemble in a jar the night before and refrigerate.
