- 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
- 0.5 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
- 0.25 cup granola
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a glass or jar, layer half of the Greek yogurt.
- Add half of the mixed berries and sprinkle with half of the granola and chia seeds (if using).
- Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, berries, granola, and chia seeds.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate overnight for an even quicker grab-and-go option.
